Heteronormative: Of or pertaining to the practices and institutions that privilege heterosexuality, heterosexual relationships, and traditional gender roles as “natural” within society. Heteronormativity implies that people fall into only one of two distinct sexes.

Adultism: the system of attitudes, beliefs, practices and policies that privilege and prioritize adult perspectives, access, and decision-making and limit young people's self-determination

(Intentionally) Intergenerational: being or occurring between generations (with forethought and ongoing intention to address the roots and impact of adultism)
